Backseat Cities
Backseat Cities: Travels Through Places People Only Live In is the story of my travels to mid-sized cities overlooked by travelers and the travel industry—places which, fairly or not, "take a backseat" to big tourist destinations like New York and small towns such as Carmel.

My Mailing List
Quick and easy. The occasional email from me. I will never sell your address.
Most blog posts will be about travel, writing, or travel writing.
I will stray, though. Reviews of a new album, a spy novel, an old episode of Six Feet Under, or the latest summer blockbuster. I might report on a Crew game or just tell a story.
